Directors' Dealings

The Company announces that on 21 November the following directors' dealing took
place:

Nigel Keen, Chairman purchased 10,000 shares on the open market at 209.9563p
per share. This represents 0.02% of the Company's issued share capital. These
shares were purchased in the name of Nigel John Keen + Ms Caroline Keen + JS &
P Pension Trustee. Following this transaction, Mr Keen's total shareholding now
amounts to 126,580 shares, representing 0.26% of the Company's issued share
capital.
