The Company announces that on 30 July 2009 the following director's dealing
took place:

Jock Lennox, Independent Non-Executive Director, purchased 3,500 shares on the
open market at £1.63 per share. This represents 0.007% of the Company's issued
share capital. Following this transaction, Mr Lennox's total shareholding
amounts to 3,500, representing 0.007% of the Company's issued share capital.
