Professor Michael Hughes, Senior Independent Director, purchased 1,205 shares
on the open market at 829.864p per share. This represents 0.002% of the
Company's issued share capital. Following this transaction, Professor Hughes'
total shareholding is 13,598 shares, representing 0.025% of the Company's
issued share capital.
