This announcement is made further to the Company's announcement made on 13
November 2002 regarding the appointment of Bernard Taylor as a Non-executive
director of the company.

As required under Section 16.4 a of the FSA listing rules the company provides
below details of all directorships held by Bernard Taylor in any other publicly
quoted company at any time in the previous five years:

Further as required under Section 16.4 b of the FSA listing rules the company
