Holding(s) in Company

The Company has previously notified that UBS Global Asset Management Life
Limited, a subsidiary of UBS Global Asset Management Holding (No. 2) Ltd,
(which is also treated as having an interest in the above shares) has a
notifiable interest in the Company. However today the Company has been notified
that UBS Global Asset Management Life Limited and UBS Global Asset Management
Holding (No. 2) Ltd no longer have a notifiable interest in Oxford Instruments
plc shares.
