Investment Counsel Limited on behalf of itself and Mackenzie Financial
Corporation (which has an individual notification obligation) has an indirect
interest in 1,466,397 Ordinary Shares of 5p each, which represents 2.96% of the
issued share capital of the Company.

  * 2.96% of the voting rights are held by Howson Tatersall Investment Counsel
    Limited as investment manager, which no longer has a disclosable interest
    as a result of DTR 5.2.1R(h).
   
  * Mackenzie Financial Corporation is a 100% shareholder of Howson Tatersall
    Investment Counsel Limited and has an indirect holding of 2.96% as a result
    of DTR 5.2.1R(e)
