Oxford Instruments plc - Voting Rights and Capital Update
In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules we would like to
notify the market of the following:
Oxford Instruments plc advises that since 7 July 2010 its capital has increased
by 5,667 ordinary shares with voting rights.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Oxford Instruments plc as at 3
August 2010 is 49,613,155.
The above figure (49,613,155) may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Oxford Instruments
plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
