The Directors of OTC announce that Mark Simpkins has been appointed to the
Board as Finance Director with immediate effect.

With effect from today, Robert Falkner has resigned from the Company. The OTC
Board would like to thank Robert for his contribution to OTC during his time
with the Company.

Mark Jones, Managing Director of OTC, commented:

team and his experience with First Choice enables him to bring highly relevant
travel business skills which will prove invaluable in terms of the
