Online Travel Corporation plc ('OTC')
Result of Extraordinary General Meeting (`EGM')
OTC announces that at the EGM held earlier today all resolutions put to OTC
shareholders were duly passed. The directors of OTC are therefore authorised
to, inter alia, allot the new OTC shares issued pursuant to the Placing
announced on 16th December 2003.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the new shares to be
admitted to trading on AIM and, following the passing of the resolutions at the
EGM, it is expected that such admission will become effective on 9th January
2004.
Commenting, Mark Jones, Chief Executive of OTC, said:
'I am delighted that our shareholders have approved the placing. With the
additional financial strength that this provides, the board are confident that
OTC will be able to build on the sales growth it is currently experiencing.'
