                                 NEW CONTRACT                                  

Online Travel Corporation (OTC) today announces that it signed a new contract
with TUI UK Limited (TUI).

OTC will provide TUI travel agency site, Lunnpoly.com, with a branded version
of its pioneering Build-Your-Own (BYO) self-packaging technology. The BYO
system allows customers the flexibility to package component parts of selected
schedule flights and hotels dynamically and build their own itinerary.

Mark Jones, CEO of OTC, said: 'This is further recognition of the quality and
flexibility of our systems and another step towards becoming a major supplier
