Statement re New Contracts

Online Travel Corporation plc ('OTC'), the travel technology and distribution
group, today announces that it has secured four new contracts with an aggregate
annual gross sales value of approximately £7million.

Business Travel

In its recent trading update, OTC noted that a pipeline of potential new
contracts could be indicative of a recovery in the business travel sector. OTC
is now pleased to announce that it's business travel division, Travelstore.com,
has secured new contracts to provide travel services to web booking agency
Ekonsol, drinks distiller Chivas Brothers Limited and an expansion of its
current contract with media giant Inter Public Group Plc to include other
subsidiaries.

Leisure Travel

Following the announcement of a major contract with Thomas Cook last week, OTC
is also pleased to announce a new contract to provide technology and
fulfillment services to online travel provider, Cheaptickets.co.uk.

Mark Jones, CEO of OTC, said:

travel support services. The contract with Cheaptickets.co.uk is further
evidence of our growing status as a technology provider to the travel industry
