The Board announces that Mr Nigel Rich will retire from the Board at the conclusion of the Company’s Annual General Meeting to be held on Wednesday, 29 June 2016. It is further announced that upon his retirement Ms Charlotta Ginman will succeed him as the Senior Independent Director.
