                              Directorate Changes                              

The Board of Limitless is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Luca Serri
as an independent Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.

In addition, the Board announces that Mr Massimo Giampaolo has stepped down
from the Board with immediate effect.

Mr Serri has more than 20 years of experience in the advisory sector covering
financial planning, asset protection and corporate management. He brings to the
company significant knowledge having held a number of directorships throughout
his career and from international experience, primarily in Switzerland, Italy
and UAE. He started his career as a management consultant at Insubria
Management s.r.l, and went on to hold a number of finance roles.

Since 2001 he has focused on corporate finance advisory and private equity
investment having joined Convergenza Com SA as CFO. In 2008 he co-founded Anexo
Emirates LLC which focused on technology transfer and corporate relocation in
the Gulf region. He is currently a Director at Computio Finance SA, a global
alternative investment adviser, and founder to Librafid Sagl, a firm focused on
international tax planning and corporate finance advisory. Mr Serri has a
degree in Economics from the Università Cattolica, Italy and is a Certified
Executive in Islamic Finance.
