HOLDING IN COMPANY & DIRECTOR'S DEALINGS

The Company was notified on 6 December 2010 that Mrs J Yates had sold 661,289
ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at an average price
of ZAR1.10 per Share, for a total consideration of ZAR725,547.68.

Mr Robert Still, a non-executive director of the Company, is an immediate
family member of Mrs J Yates.  Mr Still is therefore deemed to have an
indirect, non-beneficial interest in Mrs Yates's holding in the Company. 

Following this transaction Mr Still has a direct interest in 4,000,000 Shares,
representing 0.28% of the issued share capital of the Company and a total
indirect, non-beneficial interest in 42,570,851 Shares representing 2.95% of
the issued share capital of the Company.
