                       Results of Annual General Meeting                       

The Board of Directors of the Company announces that all resolutions proposed
to the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held today
were passed.

The Company further advises that Dr. Hennie Blignault has not made himself
available for re-election as a Director and has retired from the Board by
rotation. The effective date of his retirement is 18 January 2008.

The Company wishes to thank Dr. Blignault for his technical input and wish him
well on his future endeavours.
