    CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP OF THE COMPANY'S MANAGER, PANTHEON VENTURES LIMITED    

Affiliated Managers Group, Inc. (AMG) has today announced an agreement, subject
to certain closing conditions and regulatory approvals, to acquire the
Company's Manager, Pantheon Ventures Ltd.
