Swire, a Director of the Company:

- purchase of 10,000 ordinary 67p shares of the Company at a price of 465.0p on

31 March 2004

As a result of this purchase Mr Swire, a Director of the Company, is now
interested in 69,762 ordinary 67p shares of the Company (0.32% of the issued
class of capital).
