On 22 December 2003, the Company made an announcement following a

purchase of 25,000 ordinary 67p shares, on 19 December 2003 on behalf of

Mr Swire, a Director of the Company.

Mr Swire's interest was stated incorrectly. As a result of this

purchase Mr Swire, a Director of the Company, is now interested in

59,762 ordinary 67p shares of the Company (0.28% of the issued class of

capital).
