The Company has today been informed by The Equitable Life Assurance Society,
that as a result of the sale of 1,075,000 Ordinary shares of the Company on 25
June 2002 (representing 4.98% of the issued class of capital), they now have an
interest in 254,049 Ordinary shares, representing 1.18% of the issued class of
capital.
