                    RESULT OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING                    

Further to the announcement on 30 January 2007 regarding proposed amendments to
its management agreement with its manager, Pantheon International
Participations PLC ("PIP") is pleased to announce that the resolution to
approve the amendments, which was proposed at the Extraordinary General Meeting
("EGM") of PIP held this morning, was duly passed.

Two copies of the ordinary resolution passed at the EGM have been submitted to
the UK Listing Authority, and will shortly be available for inspection at the
UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
