Transaction in own Ordinary Shares
The Company announces that on 28 May 2013 it purchased in the market 100,000
ordinary shares of 67p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1050 pence per
share for cancellation.
Following this transaction, there are 34,819,013 Ordinary Shares in issue, none
of which are held in treasury.
In total, since the Company started buying back shares in August 2011 it has
acquired, for investment purposes, 2,702,000 ordinary shares and 4,661,000
redeemable shares, representing approximately 9.75% of the shares then
outstanding.
