                            Directors' Shareholding                            

The Company was notified that, on 2 December 2009, John Perloff (Executive
Director) disposed of 15,000 ordinary shares. The company was also notified on
the same day, that Simon Peters (Finance Director), purchased 8,000 ordinary
shares and John Doyle (Executive Director), purchased 1,000 ordinary shares in
the issued share capital of the Company (the "Ordinary Shares"). The respective
purchase and sale prices were each at the price of 337.5 pence per share.
