                             Director Shareholding                             

The Company was advised on 27 October, 2005 that John Doyle and Simon Peters
purchased 5,000 and 10,000 Ordinary Shares, respectively, at 312p per share.

Following these purchases Mr Doyle and Mr Peters hold 5,000 and 19,000 Ordinary
Shares, representing 0.03 and 0.11 per cent. of the issued share capital of the
Company, respectively.
