                             Scrip dividend price                              

In relation to the final dividend for the year ended 31 December 2012 of 9p per
share, which has a scrip alternative, the ordinary shares were declared
ex-dividend on 19 June 2013.

Accordingly, the scrip reference share price which the scrip alternative is
based on (the average of the middle market quotations for the Company's
ordinary shares for the five dealing days commencing on the ex-dividend date)
is 297.5p.
