PARITY GROUP PLC
AGM Statement
Parity Group plc ('Parity'), the IT services group, holds its AGM at 11.00 am
today. The following statement is being made by the Chairman, Bill Cockburn:
'Parity sees little overall improvement in the markets in which we operate in
the UK, mainland Europe or the US, and conditions remain challenging. Group

half.
'Further to our announcement of 13 June 2003, we can confirm that the Utrecht
court has granted the petition in relation to our Dutch Solutions business,
Parity Solutions BV. The results of Parity Solutions BV, which has been loss
making during 2003, will be reported as a discontinued business in the Interim
Accounts.'
The Group expects to announce its interim results for the six months to 30 June
2003 in September.
