Parity Group plc ('Parity') or ('Company'), the IT services group, announces
that Billy Carbutt, Deputy Chairman and Senior Non-executive Director, has
decided, owing to ill health, to retire from the Board and leave the Company at
the end of January 2004. John Maxwell, who has already taken on the role of
Chairman of the Audit Committee from Mr Carbutt, will assume the role of Senior
Non-executive Director with immediate effect.
Bill Cockburn, Parity Chairman said 'We are very grateful to Billy for his
valuable contribution to the Board over the last 10 years and wish him all the
very best for the future.'
