Board Change
Parity Group plc ('Parity' or 'the Company'), the international IT services
group, announces that Ian Miller is to step down as Chief Executive and ceases
to be a Director of the Company with immediate effect.
Philip Swinstead, who founded Parity in 1993 and rejoined the Company on 12
November 2004 as non-executive Chairman, will become Executive Chairman with
responsibility for the management of the business in the short term whilst his
strategic review is undertaken and until a new Managing Director is appointed.
