clients) now hold (either directly or indirectly) 21,473,631 ordinary 5p shares
in Parity Group which represent 13.95% of the issued share capital of
153,969,570.

This disclosure follows the sale of 231,875 ordinary 5p Parity Group plc shares
on 23rd January 2003. Please ensure that you do not double-count when making
