In accordance with Section 198 of the Companies Act 1985, (as amended by
Section 134 of the 1989 Act), that Henderson Global Investors and its
associated companies (acting as agent for is discretionary clients) now hold
(either directly or indirectly) 1,753,182 ordinary 5p shares in Parity Group
which represents 1.14% of the issued share capital of 153,969,570.

This Disclosure follows the sale of 18,199,449 shares on 9th May 2003. Within
this sale, 6,250,408 shares were sold for Henderson Smaller Companies
Investment Trust whom no longer hold any ordinary 5p shares in Parity Group.
