17.10.03 Sold 2,500,000 Ordinary 5p Nil Paid (05/11/03)
20.10.03 Sold 3,000,000 Ordinary 5p Nil Paid (05/11/03)
These transactions leave the Trust's holding at 15,440,641 Ordinary 5p Nil Paid
(05/11/03) shares, which according to our records, now represents a holding of
11.461% of this class of capital.
The Shares will be held in the name of HSBC Global Custody Nominees Ltd.
