Personal Group Holdings Plc (the "Company")
DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING
The Company has been informed today by Christopher Johnston, that on 30
December 2009 he purchased 105,000 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary
Shares") from his SIPP representing 0.35% of the issued share capital of the
Company, at a price of 296.4375 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction there is no change in the beneficial holding of Mr
Johnston who remains interested in 15,591,393 Ordinary Shares, representing
51.86% of the total Ordinary Shares in issue. This transaction was undertaken
for personal planning reasons.
