Dividend
The Directors of Personal Group Holdings Plc ("the Company"), the personal
insurance and employee benefits provider, are pleased to announce that a
dividend of 6.6p per share (2006: 6.0p) will be paid on 27 March 2008 to
members on the register on 7 March 2008.
Shares will be marked ex-dividend on 5 March 2008. The Company expects to
announce its preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2007 on 31
March 2008. The Annual General Meeting will be held on 29 April 2008.
Following payment of the March 2008 dividend, the board proposes to change the
current dividend policy of making three dividend payments per year. Subject to
the continued satisfactory performance of the Company, Personal Group shall, as
from June 2008, pay quarterly dividends in June, September, December and March.
It is anticipated that the first quarterly dividend payable in June 2008 will
be declared at the same time as the preliminary results, which are expected to
be announced on the 31 March 2008.
