                            DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT

The directors of the Company are pleased to announce that the third dividend
for 2010 of 4.25p per share will be paid on 22 December 2010 to members on the
register on 19 November 2010. Shares will be marked ex-dividend on 17 November
2010.

Including the above dividend the total amount paid in the year will be 17.0p
per share (2009:16.6p per share).
