Circular posted to Shareholders
Petrofac Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that a circular (the
"Circular") has today been posted to shareholders of the Company.
The Circular contains the notice of an Extraordinary General Meeting ("the
Meeting") of the Company to consider and, if thought fit, to approve a
resolution reorganising the Company's share capital in connection with the
proposed demerger of Petrofac Energy Developments Limited to EnQuest PLC.
The Meeting will be held at the offices of J.P. Morgan Cazenove Limited at 20
Moorgate, London EC2R 6DA on 29 March 2010 at 10.00 a.m.
The Circular will shortly be available for inspection at the following
