PHSC plc ("the Company"), a leading provider of health, safety, hygiene and
environmental consultancy services to the public and private sectors, announces
that on 6 March 2012 Nicola Coote, a Director of the Company, purchased 62,000
ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 16.5pence per share via her SIPP.
Simultaneously, Mrs Coote disposed of 62,000 ordinary shares in the Company in
a personal capacity, also at 16.5pence per share. Mrs Coote's interest in the
Company's equity remains unchanged at 3,084,342 ordinary shares or 29.71%.
