                              Additional Listing                               

A listing application has been made today by Pendragon for 12,041,649 ordinary
shares of 5p each in the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the UK
Listing Authority (the "UKLA") and to trading on the London Stock Exchange (the
"LSE"). The shares will be issued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all
respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company. This figure
represents shares issued pursuant to the exercise of warrants that were issued
to the Company's lenders as part of the refinancing of bank facilities in 2009
(the "Warrants") during the financial years ending 31 December 2009 and 31
December 2010 for which listing had not been previously sought.
