     Announcement of dividend payment date and associated ex-dividend date     

 

Following the announcement of a proposed final dividend of 0.3p in respect of
the financial year ending 31 December 2013 on 18 February 2014, Pendragon
announces that the proposed dividend will be paid on 8 May 2014. The associated
ex-dividend date is 23 April 2014 and the record date is 25 April 2014.
