                          PENDRAGON PLC ('Pendragon')                          

On 22 May 2003 Jupiter Asset Management Limited confirmed that, following a
recent transaction, its total notifiable interest in the ordinary shares of
Pendragon decreased to 3,207,776 shares, representing 6.16% of the total issued
share capital of Pendragon.

On 19 May 2003 Standard Life Investments Limited confirmed that, following a
recent transaction, its total notifiable interest in the ordinary shares of
Pendragon decreased to 2,782,637 shares, representing 5.34% of the total issued
share capital of Pendragon.

On 21 May 2003 Prudential plc confirmed that, following a recent transaction,
its total notifiable interest in the ordinary shares of Pendragon decreased to
1,626,698 shares, representing 3.12% of the total issued share capital of
Pendragon.
