On 27 August 2003 Fidelity International Limited confirmed that, following a
recent transaction its total notifiable interest in the ordinary shares in
Pendragon has decreased to 16,289,364 shares, which represents 12.39% of
Pendragon's issued share capital.

On 27 August 2003 Standard Life Investments Limited confirmed that, following a
recent transaction its total notifiable interest in the ordinary shares in
Pendragon has decreased to 7,925,639 shares, which represents 6.03% of
Pendragon's issued share capital.
