On 15 June 2004 Threadneedle Asset Management Limited confirmed that, following
a recent transaction its total notifiable interest in the ordinary shares in
Pendragon has increased to 5,795,151 shares, representing 4.42% of Pendragon's
issued share capital.

On 15 June 2004 Fidelity International Limited confirmed that, following a
recent transaction its total notifiable interest in the ordinary shares in
Pendragon has decreased to 11,583,098 shares, representing 8.83% of Pendragon's
issued share capital.
