Pendragon advises that, pursuant to the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency
Rules, it was notified on 1 May 2007 that following a transaction on 26 April
2007 Majedie Asset Management Limited has decreased its notifiable interest in
Pendragon's ordinary share capital to 28,558,643 shares, representing 4.35% of
the voting rights.
