Pendragon advises that, pursuant to the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency
Rules, it was notified on 3 May 2007 that following a transaction on 27 April
2007 F&C Asset Management plc has decreased its notifiable interest in
Pendragon's ordinary share capital to 32,184,096 shares, representing 4.91% of
the voting rights.
