Pendragon advises that, pursuant to the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency
Rules, it was notified on 8 May 2007 that following a transaction on 3 May 2007
Lloyds TSB Group Plc has decreased its notifiable interest in Pendragon's
ordinary share capital to 25,655,357 shares, representing 3.91% of the voting
rights.
