Pendragon advises that, pursuant to the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency
Rules, it was notified on 22 February 2008 that following a transaction on 21
February 2008 Deutsche Bank has a direct notifiable interest in the voting
rights over 32,656,583 ordinary shares of 5p, representing 4.98% of the voting
rights in the issued ordinary share capital of Pendragon.
