Pendragon advises that, pursuant to the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency
Rules, it was notified on 16 March 2007 that Lloyds TSB Group plc has a
notifiable interest in the voting rights over 28,694,861 ordinary shares of 5p,
representing 4.37% of the voting rights in the issued ordinary share capital of
Pendragon.
