PipeHawk has today been notified that Antony Chambers, non-executive director,
acquired 100,000 ordinary shares on 23 December 2005 at 13.5 pence per share.
Mr Chambers now holds 850,000 ordinary shares, representing 3.66 per cent. of
the issued share capital of the Company.
