The Company received notification on 7 April 2008 that, following a purchase on
4 April 2008 of 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 3p, representing 0.37
per cent. of the issued voting share capital of PipeHawk, Randal McDonnell,
non-executive director of the Company, holds 929,216 ordinary shares in the
Company, representing 3.45 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the
Company.
