The Company announces that it was informed today that Randal MacDonnell,
Non-executive Director of the Company, has sold 100,000 ordinary shares of 1p
each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company. Mr MacDonnell is now beneficially
interested in 931,436 Ordinary Shares, equal to 2.82% of the issue share
capital, of which 844,216 Ordinary Shares are held in his personal capacity,
and 87,220 are held by his wife.
