The Company announces that the report and accounts for the year ended 30 June
2008 have been posted to shareholders and are available for download at the

PipeHawk also announces that the report and accounts detailed above includes
notice of an annual general meeting of the Company, to be held at the offices
of John East & Partners Limited, 10 Finsbury Square, London EC2A 1AD on
Tuesday, 30 December 2008 at 11.00 a.m.
