QM Systems contract extension with Hadley Industries Group
QM Systems, a division of PipeHawk, is pleased to announce that following the successful delivery of Phase 1 of the 2020 materials handling system project at Ultrasteel Products Ltd, part of the Hadley Industries Group, QM Systems has been awarded the contract to undertake Phase 2 of this prestigious project. The contract is worth over £900,000 and is due for completion within this financial year. Phase 2 of the project will see an expansion of the existing system installed to provide full automation to an additional production line at the Ultrasteel facility. It will also provide the ability to remove forklift traffic from inside the building for the two automated lines, with the product now being automatically transited outside of the existing building providing a far safer working environment for Hadley personnel.
Gordon Watt, Chairman of PipeHawk stated “This is fantastic news for QM Systems and the larger group as a whole. It demonstrates the power of offering a true partnership approach with our clients, Hadley’s support and determination to deliver a truly inspirational vision and QM Systems' ability to deliver that vision. A big well done to all those involved in this project. We look forward to our continued partnership with Hadley Industries over the coming months and years and we thank them for their openness and supportive approach to deliver this vision. They are a true partnerâ€.
